This role includes group work, individual therapy, biopsychosocial assessment, and family work. If you are looking to grow clinically and work collaboratively-apply today!What You'll DoSupport adolescents participating in our Child & Adolescent IOPBuild positive, trusting relationships with patients ages 11–17Provide support to adolescents experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral concernsHelp maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environmentFacilitate IOP group therapy for adolescentsSupport development of coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategiesConduct biopsychosocial assessments when neededMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment teamWhat We're Looking ForMust hold an active Ohio licenseLSW/ LPCLISW / LPCC preferredMaster's degree preferred xhyhwjd Experience with group therapy facilitationExperience working with adolescents preferredMost Importantly: We Value ConnectionThe right person for this role is someone with an engaging personality who genuinely enjoys working with adolescentsLicensed Therapist | Fully Licensed | Associate | Child & Adolescent | IOP, Intensive Outpatient Program | behavioral health | mental health | adolescents, youth | Social Work | Counseling, and Human Services
