Position Overview
Our organization is seeking dedicated full-time faculty members at the Assistant Professor level, specializing in the management of solid tumor cancers. This opportunity is available within the Department of Medicine, specifically in the Section of Hematology/Oncology, as well as at our Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care for patients with solid tumors in both inpatient and outpatient settings at our Hyde Park campus and affiliated locations.
- Engage in the education and mentorship of medical trainees and students.
- Participate in scholarly activities and research initiatives.
The salary for this position ranges from $227,070 to $330,571 annually , with compensation packages reflecting the qualifications of the candidates. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

QualificationsTo be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a medical doctorate or an equivalent degree.
- Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
- Be board certified or board eligible in Oncology.
