Senior Mammography Technologist

Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high‑volume outpatient setting, including both fixed and mobile locations. Produce high‑quality radiographic images while engaging with patients in a caring, supportive, and reassuring manner. Carry out all required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA, either as the designated Quality Control technologist or under their direction. Depending on location, utilize general radiography skills to perform diagnostic radiology exams, conduct bone densitometry (DEXA) studies, or assist with breast‑related special procedures in collaboration with physician staff.
