We are currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator for a great temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a distribution center environment and has experience operating powered industrial equipment.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Be:
Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming products and materials.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Operate warehouse equipment including cherry/order picker, reach truck, dock stocker/counterbalance, and electric pallet jack (EPJ).
Move products safely throughout the warehouse and place materials in designated bin locations.
Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles.
Accurately count, scan, and verify products against packing lists.
Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
Prepare products, pallets, and packages for shipment.
Maintain organized and accurate inventory locations.
Use scanners and inventory systems to record product movement.
Assist with carrier pickups and shipping activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
Report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns to management.
Work effectively with coworkers, supervisors, vendors, and customers.
Participate in required inventory counts.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions.

This Job Requires:
At least 6 months of warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution center.
Previous experience operating cherry picker/order picker, reach truck, and dock stocker/counterbalance forklift.
Experience operating an electric pallet jack is preferred.
Basic computer or inventory system experience.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Adaptable and willing to work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
