Senior Associate, Valuation Bayview Asset Management, LLC seeks a Senior Associate, Valuation in our New York, NY office for the monthly investment performance review (IPV) process over BAM's global portfolio. Responsibilities Perform the monthly IPV process over BAM's global portfolio. Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Risk Management, or related field. Three (3) years of experience as a Valuation Controller, Valuation Risk Controller, IPV Controller, or related role with valuation experience across securities products. Experience with CMBS, CLOs, RMBS, and ABS for cash flow analysis, valuation, and pricing. Proficiency in Excel and VBA. Knowledge of ASC 820. Two (2) years of experience with INTEX. Three (3) years of pricing and valuation experience at an asset management firm, advisory/consulting firm, or similar. Compensation Salary: $160,597 per year.
