Customer Support Specialist

Location: Strawbridge Studios Inc. Compensation: $45,000 Annual Salary (paid biweekly). Additional Perks: 401K, Profit Sharing and Optional Health, Dental, Vision Plans. Time Off: 4 Weeks PTO. Started in 1923, we serve 28 states and Washington, D.C., providing sports and school portraits. What We Do We photograph sports and school pictures nationwide and ship them daily out of our Durham, NC facility. Customer Support Specialist Key Role And Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls. Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat using Zendesk. Research and resolve customer issues. De‑escalate complaints while maintaining professionalism. Customer Support Specialist Qualifications And Requirements Must be able to work scheduled shift Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑5 PM. Must maintain good attendance. High school diploma or equivalent. Self‑starter capable in fast‑paced team environment. Proficient typing and computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication. Detail‑oriented organization and prioritization. Meet metric goals through phone, email, and live chat. Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Preferred But Not Required Knowledge of portrait industry. Experience in Call Center environment. Knowledge of Zendesk and live chat software. Bilingual: Spanish/English. Compensation $45,000 Salary, paid biweekly. 4 Weeks Paid Time Off (2 weeks for holiday closures).
