Finance Project Coordinator

The Project Controls Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and financial performance of projects by providing visibility into cost, schedule, and progress. This role partners closely with project management, finance, and operational teams to ensure projects are tracked accurately, risks are identified early, and reporting is clear and actionable. Key Responsibilities Track and monitor project performance against scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives Develop, maintain, and update project schedules Analyze project performance and conduct tradeoff or variance analyses as needed Support project profitability by identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement Track accounts receivable and payable related to projects and provide financial reporting Assist with purchasing coordination and vendor support activities Assist finance teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities outside of assigned projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, construction management, logistics, engineering, or a related field preferred Approximately five (5) years of relevant experience in project controls, project coordination, or project management support Experience in construction, marine, infrastructure, logistics, or similar project-driven environments preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams Proficient with project scheduling, reporting, and financial tracking tools Compensation & Benefits Highlights Salary Range: $70k - $100k Life, AD&D, long-term disability 401k with 4% match EAP and FSA 10 days vacation with a maximum accrual of 160 hours, 9 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 96 hours of sick leave Fully paid ORCA card Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
