Job Description

Haute Living is looking for a Miami-based Social Media Manager with strong editorial writing skills and hands-on experience using AI to join our team.

This role operates at a national and global scale, shaping content across the luxury markets we cover. We’re seeking someone who combines sharp editorial judgment, compelling storytelling, and short-form video production with a practical understanding of how AI can improve social media strategy, creativity, and performance.

You should be comfortable writing polished editorial content, interviewing industry leaders, capturing content at events, and producing daily TikTok and Instagram Reels. You should also know how to integrate AI into your workflow—from researching stories and developing concepts to repurposing content, analyzing results, and building more efficient processes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow Haute Living’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social platforms.
\n
• Develop and execute a social media strategy that reflects Haute Living’s editorial voice across local, national, and international markets.
\n
• Concept, shoot, and edit daily short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, interviews, and event coverage.
\n
• Write and edit compelling captions, video scripts, headlines, and editorial stories covering luxury lifestyle, dining, real estate, travel, fashion, and culture.
\n
• Collaborate with our editorial team to turn articles, celebrity interviews, and brand features into engaging social content.
\n
• Use AI tools to support research, brainstorm original concepts, develop scripts, adapt content for different audiences, and identify opportunities for growth.
\n
• Build repeatable AI workflows and automations that improve content planning, production, distribution, and reporting.
\n
• Maintain a coordinated content calendar across platforms and markets.
\n
• Attend and cover Haute Living events, capturing timely content and producing polished recaps.
\n
• Engage with our community, including responding to comments and direct messages.
\n
• Monitor performance and use audience insights to improve engagement, reach, follower growth, and website traffic.
\n
• Maintain accuracy, originality, and brand standards through careful review and fact-checking of AI-assisted work.

What We’re Looking For

• Miami-based and available for on-site collaboration and event coverage.
\n
• Proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms and markets, with a strong portfolio of short-form video.
\n
• A strong editorial writing and editing background , with excellent grammar, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
\n
• Demonstrated experience applying AI to social media and editorial workflows , with examples of how you’ve used it to improve content quality, efficiency, or results.
\n
• Proficiency with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and AI-powered creative or analytics applications, plus a willingness to evaluate and learn new tools.
\n
• Strong video production and editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
\n
• An understanding of luxury audiences and the ability to maintain a sophisticated, consistent brand voice.
\n
• Strong awareness of social trends and the judgment to identify which ones fit Haute Living.
\n
• The ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and move quickly in a fast-paced media environment.
