Note Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee and have at least 3 years of business or commercial litigation experience. Experience handling discovery, depositions, pleadings, substantive motions, mediations, and court appearances is required. Job Description Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters. Manage cases through all phases of litigation. Conduct written discovery and take and defend depositions. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings. Attend mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances. Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups. Deliver strategic legal counsel while maintaining outstanding client relationships. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Tennessee Bar license. 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience. Experience with discovery, depositions, pleadings, and substantive motions. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
