• Board: BC/BE – ABEM/AOBEM or ABMS-recognized specialty with 5 years high-volume ED experience
• Licenses: Active unrestricted IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA with IN address (schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4)
• DEA / CDS: DEA with IN address and CDS required
• Certifications: BLS or CPR Quiz
• Experience: EM residency graduates within 12 months accepted; IM with 5+ years continuous high-volume (>30,000 visits/yr) ED experience
• Other Qualifications: CME Attestation, case logs for past 2 years, immunizations (Flu, TB, COVID)

• Provide 24-hour physician coverage in a 15-bed Emergency Department with approximately 17,000 annual visits.
• Perform moderate sedation procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with APC support (10 hours/day) and dependable specialty backup.
• Utilize modern EMR for streamlined charting and efficient throughput.
• Maintain compliance with credentialing, CME, and immunization requirements.
