Titan Program Senior Director – AV AV is seeking an experienced Program Senior Director to lead its Titan CUAS Program in the development and delivery of RF‑based Counter‑UAS detect and defeat technology supporting the nation’s defense mission. You will supervise a core team of managers and subject‑matter experts across Program Management, Operations, Production, QA/QC, Test, Maintenance, Facilities, and Administration. The role involves overall accountability for customer satisfaction, project and product pricing, investment allocations, product road maps, and building the organization necessary to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic oversight, governance and accountability of large‑scale program solutions from initiation through sustainment, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance, P&A accountability, and alignment with strategic objectives. Run operations at the San Diego AV location, including production, repair, QA/QC, test, administration, and facilities. Coordinate between IRAD and production teams to facilitate rapid productization of emerging technology. Make critical operational and program decisions, owning the program from inception to deployment and maintenance of systems. Lead continued M&A‑related integration efforts and transition to Enterprise SW, leading cross‑functional initiatives across the enterprise. Deliver performance results for government customers and report financial drivers, customer and market dynamics in business reviews. Execute the annual operating plan (AOP) and five‑year plan for the Product Line and collaborate with other leaders on synergies and strategy. Support development of strategy at the division level. Provide strategic oversight and guidance in proposal development to support additional work scope and manage pre‑award performance to budget. Facilitate negotiations involving major project parameters such as deliverable definition and performance objectives (cost, schedule, quality). Govern integrated master schedules and earned value metrics, leading risk identification and mitigation efforts. Lead program managers in all functions to identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and opportunities. Guide multi‑company and government teams to ensure seamless execution of technical, financial, contractual, and logistical program aspects. Engage senior leadership, leading PMRs and preparing presentation materials. Required Qualifications U.S. citizenship with Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. Advanced degree in Organizational Leadership, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. 15+ years of professional experience in a relevant field. 10+ years of experience leading interdisciplinary teams, including teams of 40+ members. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools. Strong leadership experience managing teams. On‑site employment in the San Diego AV office. Ability to travel domestically and internationally 1–2 times per month. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), integrated master scheduling, and defense financial reporting tools. Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software, productivity tools, and other relevant software. Experience with Oracle Enterprise S/W. Comfortable presenting to executive leadership. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work on complex scope problems requiring review of multiple factors. Judgment, strategic thinking, and best‑practice decision‑making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Visionary thinking and adaptability to changing circumstances. Eligibility & Clearance Candidates must be U.S. citizens. No security clearance is required at this time, but the ability to obtain advanced clearance if needed is required. Compensation Salary Range: $187,000 – $274,575. Benefits Medical, dental, vision coverage. 401(k) with company matching. 9/80 work schedule. Paid holiday shutdown.
