Vendor Coordinator

Geocomp also manufactures, sells, and offers expert technical support for our fully automated laboratory testing systems to commercial, research, and academic labs, globally. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Vendor Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Support the Purchasing Manager in qualifying and maintaining all current vendors. Qualify new vendors and manage annual vendor qualification renewals. Enter, update, and maintain vendor information and documentation within SAP. Assist with the creation and maintenance of vendor performance ratings. Participate in quarterly vendor review meetings with division directors and update vendor ratings accordingly. Manage vendors related to corporate office supplies and shipping services. Act as the main point of contact for vendor account representatives regarding operational issues, contract updates, pricing changes, and service matters. Monitor purchasing budgets and track overall spend related to office supplies and shipping. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word. SAP experience preferred, but not required. Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up and coordination skills.
