Chief Talent Architect for Aerospace Growth
Telemetry Today LLC
Apex, a fast-growing aerospace company, is hiring a Head of Talent to own recruitment end-to-end. You will lead a ~10-person team, drive executive searches, and build the talent engine for the next decade. This is a leadership role focusing on strategy, systems, and long-term pipelines. You'll partner with executives, define the 12–24 month hiring plan, and shape recruiting maturity across the org. ITAR compliance is required.
