VP, Legal - M&A for Data Centers
CoreSite
CoreSite is seeking a Vice President of Legal for Mergers & Acquisitions to lead legal aspects of acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic transactions across data center and digital infrastructure assets. You will advise executives, manage due diligence, and coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams. The role requires 5+ years in M&A, JD from an accredited school, and U.S. bar admission, with ability to travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid environment with on-site presence up to 2 #J-18808-Ljbffr CoreSite
