Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-senior associate for their Real Estate Development and Investments group in Dallas, Texas. This role involves handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of mixed-use and commercial real estate assets across the United States. Duties Manage complex real estate transactions. Negotiate and close borrower-side loan documents. Draft complex legal documents and communicate with clients. Requirements 5-6 years of relevant experience. Experience in real estate transactions and borrower-side loan processes. Strong academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
