• Collaborative approach to working with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction tailored to students with varying learning needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Monitor student progress, maintaining detailed records and documentation
• Work closely with general education teachers, therapists, and administrators to support student achievement
• Foster a classroom community that encourages participation, respect, and self-advocacy
• Communicate effectively with families to ensure ongoing support and collaboration
