Benefits Affordable medical, dental, and vision care Flexible spending accounts Life insurance 401(k) with company match Many additional benefits under the BENEfits4U program Responsibilities Coordinate utilities Support project launch strategy Support and maintain project timelines Provide support for all pre‑production builds needing components and/or services from the manufacturing site Conduct preventative maintenance for facilities and production equipment Review and provide input on new equipment Support schedule mold changes as required by production Support cost‑saving programs for the manufacturing site Work with approved sub‑contracted vendors Maintain the building, grounds, and production equipment Coordinate training and skill improvements within the skilled trades Coordinate apprenticeship education and training Maintain daily safety contact with employees; attend required environment, health and safety training with employees Report maintenance safety issues and follow up on completion Conduct effective, timely accident investigations and initiate corrective action Train and encourage employees to follow safe work practices Provide effective Safety Talks with a goal of 100% participation Encourage employee involvement in the safety process Support the Return‑To‑Work program and identify jobs for employees in the program Enforce rules and procedures consistently to promote safe production Support quality, environmental, and 5S programs Lead by example Timely completion and implementation of projects Achieve goals and objectives relating to cost and timing Achieve project expectations and requirements for all elements of PPAP, QS9000, and other elements relating to product launch Maintain overall housekeeping of maintenance and production areas Efficient supply and distribution of utilities, including water, steam, electricity, natural gas, compressed air, and waste disposal Why Join CSP When you join CSP, you have the opportunity to see your impact every day.
