Accounts Payable Coordinator

We own real property or real property interests in the United States and Italy, Spain, France, Germany and Poland. Duties & Responsibilities: Verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies Process payments in a timely and accurate manner Maintain accurate records of accounts payable activity Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Research and answer vendor inquiries Assist with month‑end closing activities Develop and maintain filing systems Provide administrative support for accounts payable department Requirements & Qualifications: Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred 3‑5 years of accounts payable experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Able to multitask and adhere to deadlines Good organizational skills $70,000 - $80,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
