Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Invoice capture and processing including three-way match and quality control Generate payments and coordinate checks and EFTs; prepare wire payments as needed Work with vendors and coworkers to resolve issues Maintain AP master data and assist in fulfilling audit requests Follow company policies and procedures while performing duties Provide back-up support for other Accounts Payable Coordinators as necessary Support month-end close by ensuring proper cut-off of invoices for accrual purposes Working Conditions Office environment (desk, conference rooms, break rooms, etc.) What Ingredients You\'ll Bring Minimum Qualifications 2+ years in an Accounts Payable or equivalent role Experience with a mid-to-large ERP/accounting system is required; SAP experience is a plus Detail-oriented Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with differing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy Strong customer service experience is a plus; knowledge of basic mathematics and accounting concepts required Physical Requirements Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period Level: 8IC Salary: hourly rate between $23.00 and $43.00. The starting point within this range depends on related experience, skillset, and location. The position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance; some sales roles may include a car allowance.
