Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support preferred. Experience with Workfront or other project management tools a plus. Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries is a bonus. Physical requirements & Work environment: Travel – up to 10% for event and video program management; Hybrid role based in Cranbury, NJ. Strong written and verbal communication Highly organized with attention to detail Positive attitude and collaborative approach Strategic thinking and problem‑solving mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, Zoom/Microsoft Teams Proficiency in AI‑powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency Salary $47,500 – $52,500 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
