Financial Controller

The Controller is a key leader within the Finance organization, responsible for overseeing all accounting operations across North American operations such as , financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for the company. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial information, supports strategic decision-making, and drives continuous improvement in financial processes and systems Key Responsibilities Accountability for the organization’s daily accounting functions across multiple North American legal entities, including cash management, A/R, A/P, month‑end, and year‑end closing processes across multiple legal entities. Ensure accuracy of all transactions so that the company’s financial position is accurately reflected. Ensure that the Company is in compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting and tax filing requirements. Responsible for controls across the organization and custodian of compliance developing management action plan to ensure successful audit. Driving automation and use of technology across finance operations. Assist with internal & external audits, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with audit requirements. Support budgeting & forecasting processes as needed. Conduct in‑depth financial statement reviews and prepare reports to inform decision‑making, identify trends, and propose strategies for financial optimization. Act as primary liaison with bank to ensure smooth treasury operations. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy. Skills and Qualification CPA with minimum 5‑7 years in accounting with relevant experience. Experience in global or multinational company a plus. Strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office Tools , Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across departments and levels.
