The CAS Experience What working as a home & community BCBA at CAS looks like Total Compensation We believe in transparency and competitive, well-rounded compensation. Starting salary range: $85,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience and market) Quarterly salary growth: BCBAs in good standing, receive a $500 base-salary increase each quarter during years 1-5 of employment. Up to 20 salary increases over five years for eligible employees in good standing. Additionalmerit-based growth: Eligible BCBAs will earn an additionalannual merit increase based on performance and scorecard results. You'll partner closely with families, technicians, and community stakeholders to support meaningful, real-world skill development. This role is ideal for BCBAs who value flexibility, relationship-based work, and ethical, family-centered practice-without sacrificing support or growth. WhatYou'llDo Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and other standardized tools Provide ABA services in home and community settings Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making Coach and model evidence-based behavioral strategies for caregivers and Behavior Technicians Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners as needed Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and continuous learning In some regions, mentor or supervise clinicians working toward BCBA certification How Success Is Measured High-quality, ethical, and consistent clinical care Strong partnerships with families and team members Effective supervision and coaching of technicians Data-driven decision-making and meaningful client progress Professionalism, reliability, and follow-through Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification in good standing Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Why CAS Is Different Provide structure and leadership-not isolation Balance flexibility with strong clinical oversight Invest in mentorship, training, and long-term growth Support sustainable careers in community-based ABA Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
