Women’s Services Case Manager — Wraparound Support Leader
The Lord’s Place
The Lord’s Place seeks a dedicated Case Manager for Women’s Services in sunny Florida. You will perform intake, assess resident needs, and coordinate services to support homeless single women in a residential program. The role requires strong communication, documentation, and advocacy to ensure safety and progress, with on-call duties as needed.
