Project Manager

Manage all phases of construction for luxury residential projects from preconstruction through close-out. Develop, manage, and enforce project schedules, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines. Lead coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and consultants. Oversee and manage RFI and RFP processes, including timely follow-up and resolution. Define and maintain detailed project scopes and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Hold subcontractors and vendors accountable for timelines, quality, and deliverables. Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent project delays. Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external partners. Ensure projects meet high-quality standards expected in luxury estate construction.

The successful applicant will have proven experience as a Project Manager within luxury residential construction (custom homes / high-end estates required). They will have a strong understanding of construction operations, sequencing, and project execution. The candidate will be highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-up and accountability skills. They will be able to be assertive and drive performance, while maintaining professionalism with clients and subcontractors. They will have strong knowledge of RFI/RFP processes, scope development, and project coordination. They will have financial and operational awareness (able to understand budgets, scopes, and cost implications). An engineering or technical background is a plus, but not required.
