Pay Range: $19.00 - $27.55

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Family Medicine clinic. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on care to support expert, compassionate care to our General Surgery patients.

Position Specifics:

• Department: Family Medicine
• Core Function: Medical Assistant
• Schedule: Monday-Friday. 40 Hrs/Wk., 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM
• Facility: O'Fallon Family Medicine
• Clinic Location: O'Fallon, IL
• Sign On Bonus: $5,000

Education Qualifications:

• Completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
• 1 or more years of Medical Assistant experience may be considered in lieu of completion of program per department discretion.

Experience Qualifications:

• One year of clinical experience - Preferred

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

• Medical Assistant (MA) Certification/Registration required or must be obtained within 90 days of start date from one of the following credentialing organizations:
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) is required within 60 days of hire.
