At Glacier Builders Inc , we don’t believe in putting a ceiling on your drive. We are expanding our field marketing network across the Twin Cities, and we are looking for hungry, disciplined 1099 Independent Contractor Canvassers who want to turn their work ethic into massive payouts.
Here is the best part: You are not selling anything. You won’t be closing deals, negotiating prices, or dealing with contracts. Your sole mission is to knock, connect, and schedule free consultations for our exterior restoration experts. We handle the hard part; you get paid for opening the door.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Mission)
- Own Your Territory: Canvas residential neighborhoods across the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and surrounding suburbs.
- Engage & Educate: Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with homeowners about their exterior remodeling and restoration needs.
- Book the Win: Identify qualified prospects and accurately schedule them for a consultation with our expert sales team.
- Track Your Success: Utilize our streamlined field tracking tools on your smart device to log appointment data in real-time.
