Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Wyoming Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care setting is required.
Experience with geriatric populations and rehab for post-acute care required.
Ability to manage caseloads in an SNF environment and complete documentation per facility and regulatory requirements.
13-week assignment availability required by the client.
Preferred: previous travel therapy experience and proficiency with electronic medical records.
