Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Wyoming Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Client requires clinicians with prior experience providing care in post-acute or rehabilitative environments; at least one year of clinical experience in adult rehabilitation preferred.
Demonstrated ability to document per facility or regulatory requirements and work with interdisciplinary teams.
