Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Wyoming physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
Client requirement: ability to provide care in a skilled nursing facility and manage caseloads typical of long-term care populations.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist preferred.
