They are seeking a talented, forward-thinking, polished professional to join their team as the Director of Total Rewards. This person will have a hybrid schedule and be based at the company's headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

Position:

The Direction of Total Rewards will report to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, who has an excellent reputation and is highly regarded in the marketplace. This person will lead the overall strategy, design, implementation, and administration of the total rewards programs for 850+ employees. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, competitive positioning, and industry trends. Manage all benefit plans and programs including but not limited to health insurance, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, retirement and other health and wellness objectives. Additionally, this person will be the driver of ensuring appropriate flow of data and reporting as well as broader process improvement. This individual must have strong communication skills and display thoughtful leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the compensation and benefits area. Knowledge of Workday preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
• Proven analytic and business skills. Ability to perform mathematical calculations in computing rates, premiums, and adjustments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (VLookUp, Pivot Tables, formulas), and database management in order to create and complete required reports.
• Proven success in leading projects, coaching and developing others.
• Strong communication skills with professional presence. Ability to present and develop a rapport and work across all levels of the organization to include executive leadership, human resources, operations, legal and finance.
• Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities, while being able to effectively delegate and also be hands-on when necessary.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable US federal, state and local rules and laws.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; strong knowledge of data privacy and cyber security.
