Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical/surgical and telemetry care for adult pre and post solid organ transplant patients.
• Manage patient care with the use of EPIC charting system.
• Float to various units to meet hospital staffing needs.
• Perform wound care, surgical drain management, and trauma patient support.
• Administer required drips and manage IVs including Nitro, Heparin, and Insulin.
• Collaborate with care teams including CNAs, LPNs, and paramedic rovers for optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS required; NIH, CPI preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
• Strong skills in critical care and telemetry required.
• Ability to float between units, including trauma and medical surgical, as needed.
