Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and deliver high-touch service. Learn insider strategies, deal-structuring, and client conversion from an industry-leading team. Compensation: $125,500 - $185,000 yearly Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and team members. Proven track record of providing detailed property insights and market trends to assist clients in decision-making. Strong organizational skills to coordinate and schedule property showings efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively with a team to develop and implement marketing strategies for properties. Familiarity with the local real estate market in Tucson, AZ, and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends. Active real estate license or current enrollment in real estate classes is required for this role.
