Building Opportunity Contracting is looking for experienced insurance restoration sales professionals who are ready to build a long-term career with a company they can trust. We specialize in residential/commercial storm restoration and retail roofing throughout Minnesota and are committed to doing business with integrity—from the first inspection to the final payment. Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door to introduce our services and generate qualified leads.
• Confidently engage with homeowners, explain services, and set appointments.
• Be knowledgeable about roofing, siding, gutters, and windows (training provided).
• Visit clients’ homes to evaluate storm damage and discuss project options.
• Follow up with leads, maintain relationships, and close sales.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas or customer locations as needed.
• lead and assist a team of individuals to help move jobs through the pipeline.
