Clinical Nurse

Role: Provides direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Develops individualized care plans, collaborates with the healthcare team, assesses physical and psychosocial needs, and communicates care strategies across the continuum. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate patient preferences and barriers, ensuring a holistic approach. Qualifications: Minimum of an RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; preferred BSN and Skills & Attributes: Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
