Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary
Site Reliability Engineers ensure the stability and reliability of IT environments by managing server infrastructure troubleshooting issues and collaborating with ITIL teams for continuous improvement Job Description Drive technology triage efforts to completion by assisting with restoral steps and identifying root causes Collaborate with various ITIL teams to enhance environment stability Manage server environments including Windows and Linux platforms Understand distributed application flow to effectively diagnose and resolve issues Possess a working knowledge of coding languages such as Java and NET Utilize scripting skills to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency Apply database knowledge including SQL and Oracle for datarelated troubleshooting Understand network transport layers to analyze and resolve connectivity issues Roles and Responsibilities Lead incident triage and resolution processes to minimize downtime Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues Coordinate with crossfunctional ITIL teams to implement stability improvements Manage and maintain server infrastructure on Windows and Linux systems Monitor distributed applications and ensure their smooth operation Develop and maintain scripts for automation and monitoring Support database administration tasks related to SQL and Oracle Analyze network transport layer issues to ensure reliable communication Skills Mandatory Skills : Java, MySQL, Splunk, Windows Server, Oracle DB AdministrationGood to Have Skills : RedHat Linux Administrator, Dynatrace, AppDynamics Regards,
