Role Events and Promotions Coordinator Client DC Government Location Washington, DC (Hybrid - In person interview) Job Description The role involves preparing prize wheel inserts, drafting and posting event descriptions on the website, receiving, preparing, and mounting promotional signage, distributing event kits, and maintaining and reconciling inventory in the InFlow inventory system. Physical inventory counts and photographic documentation of storage are required, as well as labeling, organizing, and securing unused inventory. Contractor Status This is a full‑time contractor position requiring five (5) days per week. On‑site (minimum 3 days per week): Inventory counts, warehouse organization, event kit preparation, and material handling. Remote (up to 2 days per week): Website postings, system data entry, and administrative documentation. Deliverables Timely website event postings Activation materials prepared by required deadlines Fully reconciled inventory entries within the InFlow system Monthly discrepancy reporting (if applicable) Performance Standards The contractor must maintain compliance with inventory procedures, ensure timely preparation of event materials, and reconcile discrepancies within two (2) business days of identification. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in administrative support, warehouse operations, event logistics, or a related field Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong written communication skills Ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds Experience Highlights Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Economics: 3 years (Preferred) Administrative support, warehouse operations: 2 years (Preferred) Event logistics, or related field: 2 years (Preferred) Microsoft Office proficiency: 2 years (Preferred) Strong written communication: 2 years (Preferred) High school diploma or equivalent: 2 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Go Intellects
