Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources, ensuring tailored healing paths.

• Provide individualized therapy for individuals, couples, and families using effective methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with clear interventions and goals, revisiting them regularly to track progress and adapt as necessary.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to foster community support and enhance therapeutic experiences.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to clients.

• Implement crisis interventions that include risk assessments and safety planning for clients facing acute challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
