Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring their treatment aligns with clinical best practices.
• Implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize strength building, mobility enhancement, balance improvement, and pain management.
• Engage in thorough patient assessments to monitor progress, adapting therapy approaches as necessary based on patient feedback and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse group of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, individuals with chronic pain conditions, and active older adults focusing on mobility and injury prevention. Qualifications

• A completed accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California.

Compensation and Benefits
