Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest technology for sports medicine and rehabilitation. We focus primarily on patients with private medical insurance, ensuring that they receive personalized and high-quality care tailored to their specific needs.

Work Environment

This onsite role within our outpatient office promotes a collaborative atmosphere, emphasizing teamwork and shared goals. You will be working alongside a skilled team of two other physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), creating an environment where knowledge sharing and continuous growth are encouraged. Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balance between professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' needs and establish the objectives for their treatment plans.
• Deliver care to one patient per hour, ensuring that each session is efficiently managed while maintaining high standards of individualized treatment.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques to develop personalized care plans that address the unique conditions and requirements of each patient.
• Implement cost-effective interventions aimed at improving patients' mobility, minimizing reliance on medications, and reducing the need for surgical procedures.
• Educate patients on exercises and activities that promote recovery and enhance their strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Motivate and encourage patients to achieve their treatment goals through consistent support and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment strategies are in place.
• Document all services and treatments provided in a thorough manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. By leveraging your expertise in manual therapy techniques, combined with individualized exercise regimens, you will help patients of all ages restore function and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in California with no disciplinary measures or board actions.
• Strong competency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Proven ability to develop and conduct effective exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient documentation and management.
• Effective communication skills that enable collaboration with healthcare colleagues and foster patient engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
