This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Santa Ana, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions to establish baseline measures and identify functional limitations.
• Develop customized care plans that utilize diverse treatment methodologies, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Deliver patient care with attention to individualized goals, managing a patient load of one-on-one treatments per hour to ensure focused, effective care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies to enhance their performance and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all services rendered and progress notes through EMR systems such as WebPT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize treatment plans and outcomes.
• Promote lifestyle modifications that encourage physical fitness, flexibility, strength, and balance among patients.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to enhance patient engagement and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California, with no pending disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of customized exercise programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, to ensure efficient patient management.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and educational materials to patients.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with advanced rehabilitation techniques and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of injury prevention protocols and post-rehabilitation conditioning.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
