EmpowerHome Team is seeking a Real Estate Operations Manager to join our growing team in Chantilly, Virginia . In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations, support team performance, improve systems and processes, and help ensure a seamless client experience from appointment through closing.

Lead and support team members to maintain operational excellence
Improve real estate systems, workflows, and processes
Drive accountability and consistent team performance
Help deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the transaction

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Oversee client experience, service quality, and satisfaction
• Improve real estate systems, processes, and daily workflows
• Monitor performance, establish accountability, and drive results
• Identify and resolve client and operational challenges
• Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure a seamless client experience from listing appointment through closing
• Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate operations, listing coordination, client success, or project management preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, MLS platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to team culture and exceptional client service
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused, continuous-improvement mindset
