Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives.
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
