We are seeking an experienced Medicaid Coordinator to join our skilled nursing facility in Lincroft, NJ . The ideal candidate will have experience managing Medicaid applications, renewals, insurance authorizations, and long-term care reimbursement while providing exceptional support to residents and families.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

• Process Medicaid applications, renewals, and eligibility.

• Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals.

• Verify Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay coverage.

• Assist residents and families with financial and reimbursement questions.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Support business office operations as needed.

• 2+ years of Medicaid Coordinator or healthcare billing experience.

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, insurance verification, and reimbursement.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
