Allied Technician - Pharmacist

Pharmacist Inpatient
This position involves a 5x8 work schedule during weekdays, with some weekend shifts required (every 3rd weekend). Shift times include:
- 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
- 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
Minimum Requirements
- Active Virginia Pharmacist license at the time of submission
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- PharmD and Registered Pharmacist (RPh) credentials
- Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Proficiency in Epic is mandatory

- IV admixture/IV pharmacy experience
- Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA)
- Antibiotic management
- Drug interaction review
- Medication order entry
- Medication order verification

- Chemotherapy experience
- Anticoagulation management
- Pharmacokinetic dosing
- Renal dosing
