RN Case ManagerSerenity Hospice provides caring and compassionate hospice care services to patients and families throughout New Jersey. Our mission is to alleviate pain and symptoms; foster a state of calmness and harmony; and encourage an appreciation of family, friends, and life experiences.Serenity Hospice is looking to add a dedicated and compassionate RN Case Manager to delivering exceptional care, comfort and support to patients. They will develop plans for individual needs, perform regular check-ups and communicate with family members as needed.
