The Sales Consultant focuses on achieving high volume sales by building lasting customer relationships and maintaining the Grubbs' Dealership standards with every deal. These individuals will be self-motivated, efficient, and collaborative. The Sales Consultant must be willing to learn and apply the principles and terminology of the automotive/dealership world, or have previous experience to translate into this role. It is essential to understand the Sales Role within the scope of the Grubbs' Family standard.
