Legal Support Specialist

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the legal department. Generate and file standard form pleadings and correspondence. Perform data entry and create document review requests. Manage contact cards and coordinate legal documents. Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and court filings. Build new case files, prioritize existing ones, and handle file closure procedures. Must-have Qualifications High School diploma, GED equivalent, or higher and a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role. Preferred Skills Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with others. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across multiple system applications. Ability to adhere to and adjust to changing deadlines and follow written procedures. Location This is an in‑office role. Must be within a reasonable driving distance of the Williamsville, NY office. Hours Monday‑Friday with hours between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Compensation $20.30 – $22.31 per hour. Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
