Surgical Care Sales Representative - Los Angeles, CA - Orthopaedic Instruments

Stryker seeks a Surgical Care Sales Representative to drive sales growth in the Los Angeles area for orthopaedic and wound care instruments. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, managing territory accounts, and delivering clinical education on surgical products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quotas within assigned territory
- Prospect and cultivate new business across hospitals, surgery centers, and wound care facilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical education on wound care and NPWT solutions
- Maintain and analyze sales pipeline activity using CRM tools to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with orthopaedic instrument partners to identify and close complex deals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside sales and territory management experience
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred
Compensation: $85,000–$97,750 base plus sales bonuses; total compensation potential $125,000–$137,750
