ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in July 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I gained experience as a State Farm team member and later worked as a Sales Leader with another insurance company. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in both sales and team development that I bring to the agency today.

I’m a proud Seton Hall University graduate, married, and a dad of three young children. I’m also a big sports trivia fan and even had the opportunity to appear on an ESPN game show! Outside of the office, I stay involved in the community by coaching and participating in several youth sports programs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Jason Bartlett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
