Our sales reps go door-to-door as a team, engaging with homeowners in targeted areas that have recently been damaged by storms. Our top canvassers are making $1600 - $1800 PER WEEK, and our closers make even more.

If you're a high performer, there is REAL opportunity for you to come into this role and achieve life changing income.

No experience is required for this role. We're looking for people who are hungry, motivated, and coachable. If you're all 3 of those things, we'll provide you with EVERY resource you need in order to succeed - and we'll ensure you make more money here than you ever have anywhere else.

Overview

The role has a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus commission. You have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on your successful interactions with homeowners, and the sales that are generated off those appointments.

We have a proven process that consistently creates high earners. Many of our top closers joined the Planet Roofing family with zero experience, and are now making $200k+ annually.

An Ideal Candidate Possesses The Following Characteristics:

• A student mentality - many of our top earners started with zero experience, but as long as you're always teachable, we'll give you the keys to the kingdom!
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and thrives in a team environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have strong persuasive abilities and a passion for sales/self improvement.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required!
